1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms of service govern your use of Mosaferin, operated by Opes Terra FZCO ("Mosaferin", "we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are provided for information and do not constitute legal advice. Please read them carefully, as they include important limits on our responsibilities.

2. What Mosaferin is

Mosaferin is a neutral travel meta-search and comparison service. We gather and display prices and availability for hotels, flights, trains, buses, car rental, cruises, tours, experiences, airport transfers, lounges, travel insurance, and eSIM from many third-party providers, so you can compare them in one place.

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, or other travel provider. We do not sell travel, we do not take your payment, and we do not mark up prices. When you choose an option, you leave Mosaferin and book directly with the relevant third-party provider under their own terms.

We earn affiliate commission from partners when you book through our links. Partners cannot pay to rank in our results. Ranking is based on factors such as price and relevance, not on payment.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mosaferin. You may use most of the service without an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Please give accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can close your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

When using Mosaferin, you agree not to do any of the following.

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy our content or data using automated means without our permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service or our results.
• Upload or transmit anything that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious code.

5. Intellectual property

Mosaferin, including its name, logo, design, software, and original content, is owned by Opes Terra FZCO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own travel planning.

Prices, listings, and other information from providers belong to those providers or their licensors. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party providers and pricing accuracy

The prices, availability, terms, and other details shown on Mosaferin come from third-party providers and change frequently. We work to keep this information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it.

The price, availability, and conditions that apply to your booking are those shown by the provider at the time you book, not the figures displayed on Mosaferin. Always review the provider details, including taxes, fees, baggage, cancellation, and refund policies, before you complete a booking. Any booking, payment, change, cancellation, or dispute is between you and the provider.

7. Mosaferin Plus and SnapMiles

Mosaferin Plus is our free, optional loyalty program. Members can earn points called SnapMiles through eligible activity. The following terms apply to the program.

• SnapMiles have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• We may set, change, or withdraw the ways SnapMiles are earned and redeemed, and we may add, change, or remove member benefits.
• We may adjust or cancel SnapMiles obtained through error, fraud, or abuse, and we may suspend or close a membership that breaches these terms.
• We may change or end the program, giving reasonable notice where we can.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the service, including its accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any third-party provider, their travel products, or their conduct. Your dealings with providers are at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mosaferin and Opes Terra FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or your dealings with providers.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Because we do not take payment or provide the travel, we are not responsible for the performance of any booking you make with a provider.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mosaferin and Opes Terra FZCO from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Opes Terra FZCO in its place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
