Is my phone compatible with an eSIM?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM, including recent iPhones, Google Pixels and Samsung Galaxy models. Your device also needs to be carrier-unlocked. Check Settings for an “Add eSIM” option, and each plan page lists compatibility before you buy.
How do I activate my eSIM?
After purchase you get a QR code by email. Scan it from your phone’s settings to install the eSIM, ideally before you travel, while you still have Wi-Fi. It activates automatically when you arrive and connect to a local network.
Can I top up if I run out of data?

Can I still make calls and send texts?
